We live in a society that doesn’t always honor birth and motherhood for what they truly are. But, I want to be someone who does. I want to help you into a position of empowerment, support and protect your birth experience, and hold you as you step into motherhood, in all its wild glory.

It’s so much more than just hands-on birth support. Practically, all of my support looks like some variation of:

  • Prenatal Appointments and Birth Planning

  • Phone and Virtual Support as needed

  • 24/hr on-call support from 38-weeks onward

  • Labor and delivery support

  • One postpartum visit with lactation support

Beyond that, it looks like building a trust relationship with one another, uncovering your goals and desires surrounding birth and motherhood, and providing you with the education, resources, and support you need to learn to advocate for yourself.

Doula clients receive a 15% discount for add-on lactation and education services and can choose birth photography (or newborn, or both!) as add-ons as well!

Breastfeeding

Compassionate, in-home support for the breastfeeding dyad. It looks different for everyone, but can include:

Latch assessment, position and technique adjustment, feeding plan development, pumping issues, addressing engorgement…and beyond.

All subsequent lactation support is provided to established clients at a discounted rate. :)

A series of five separate in-home education sessions with you and your partner.

We cover labor, birth, postpartum, and everything in between, including interventions, pain management, and advocacy using evidence-based tools and resources.
